SDF seeks to align its interests with those of its investors and partners. We conduct a significant amount of due diligence before entering into any transaction in order to avoid unforseen events. Ultimately, we aim to maximize the community and financial impact of our investments.
We primarily invest in single-family and multi-family properties. We invest in a diversified portfolio of property types including properties that may be existing income-producing properties. We also acquire assets directly or through joint ventures and by debt secured real estate.
